I'm a photographer in Dallas, TX (lawrencestevens.com) doing research for a mid-July beach wedding in Satellite Beach, FL. Called Paul at Beachside Termite and Pest Control to ask about potential bug problems near sunset on the beach and he gave me the skinny on what to expect (sand fleas) and how to handle it (Off!). No real bug problem to make the wedding party and guests slap and scratch and otherwise make my job more difficult. Yay! Now if I could just move the wedding to the west side of FL to catch the sunset over the water and not land. But. . . that's another issue entirely. :) Thanks, Paul!

I had been trying to get rid of ghost ants for over a week. We thought we had it under control. They were all over my kitchen, and I was very upset. I called Paul. He reassured me he would have his best technician out to me in a very short time. Kris showed up, and immediately assessed the problem, and before she finished applying the treatment, the ants were already starting to "take the bait," and were disappearing very quickly.
I am so grateful that I called Paul. I was not even a customer, yet he had someone here within thirty minutes! Kris spent her time explaining everything she was doing, and what I might do or not do to insure the efficacy of the treatment she applied. Then a few hours later, she telephoned to inquire as to the status of the situation. By then almost all of the ants were gone, and by the evening, none were seen at all. Today, not an ant in sight.
I am so happy I contacted Paul who sent a very qualified professional to provide me with great service, and who cared about my being at peace again in my kitchen without anymore ants. Kris called me a few hours after she had been here, to make sure all was ok.
I am now going to be a loyal customer, as I have a few other situations I would like Kris to take care of in my Florida room, and anything else she might suggest to keep the bugs out, and us living in comfort and without the awful insect infestations that we've had over the past three years since our moving to Florida, trying to take care of some really horrible situations with these ants before, and other insect infestations! Great people who know what they are doing, and a pleasure to have in our home. Thank you Paul, and Kris, for peace of mind, at very reasonable costs.

- I was looking at a new home and my realtor recommended a termite inspection. So glad I went with this company. Chris came out for the inspection and was super helpful. He informed me there were termites present which we did not know, and now that the inspection was done the seller would have to disclose it to potential buyers. We were able to use that as leverage in our bargaining, and once I closed on the house the first thing I did was call Paul. - I have been so impressed with beachside. They are very knowledgeable and answer all our questions. They contact us to schedule our regular service and if we need them in between they are very quick to respond. Whenever anyone asks for a recommendation I always send them to Beachside. - Beachside Termite & Pest conducted the wood and pest inspection on a home we purchased in Melbourne. After moving in, I found some issues that were missed during the inspection. - Paul is the Man! His rates are reasonable. He and his assistant are professional, courteous and prompt if you have an issue. (Wasps, Fireants, whatever.) Unlike the franchise pest control places like Truly Nolan or Orkin, (Had both, extremely dissapointing.)
